Cancellation Policy

Once your trip is booked, you must contact your guide to arrange a pickup location at least 24 hours prior to your trip. Failure to do so may result in trip delays or cancellation. Trips booked within 48 hours of launch time will incur an additional $50 fee. I acknowledge that if I cancel within 72 hours of my scheduled trip that my $100 deposit will not be refunded. Guided trips will proceed in light rain, but if inclement weather or lightning poses a risk, your guide will make the call to cancel. If your trip is cancelled due to weather by your guide, you will receive a full refund. By participating in a guided trip, you grant Vermilion Expeditions Guide Service LLC permission to use any photos or videos taken during your trip for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify your guide before the trip begins in writing at: vermilionexpeditions@gmail.com.
